This role is first and foremost a business analysis and process re‑engineering position , with accountability for ensuring the CRM solution is grounded in clear, optimised business processes and well‑defined requirements. The role owns business process discovery, future‑state design and requirements definition , acting as the bridge between business teams and technical delivery resources (including external CRM vendors).
