Thomas Meadows
Founder & CEO
The brains behind Turbo Job Apply. After being laid off at the beginning of 2025, he couldn't find any jobs. He quickly realized the quick-apply listings on LinkedIn, Monster and ZipRecruiter were mostly scams to harvest your data. He knew there was one way to be sure the companies were real: Applicant Tracking Systems. He set out on a mission to make applying to them painless, and Turbo Job Apply was born.
Tom the Train
Sales Manager
You don't want to get hit by the train. Tom can sell anything to anyone — he once sold a walk-in freezer to a man in Alaska, then upsold him the ice. He closes deals the way he orders lunch: loudly, with extra sauce, and always one size bigger than anybody needed.
Tammy
Project Manager
Token metrosexual. Gives off truly they/them vibes just by being in the room. They identify as a cloud, because their job is moving things into one. Sometimes they identify as rain, because they return to earth to deliver information before evaporating back up to the cloud.

Software Engineer
Woodland software engineer. He can make Claude turn a pumpkin into a carriage.
Tommy Two Shoes
Junior Sales Representative
Gets dressed in the dark sometimes and mixes up his shoes. At least they're the same brand. Was bullied at school for looking like Sid from Ice Age.
Tom Wall
Board Member & Angel Investor
He's old, with money and class. He can weave a wise man's tale over a glass of gin and water while wielding a cane. Don't argue with him, or you might hear GET OFF MY LAWN.
