TaRL Africa is a not-for-profit initiative hosted by Empower Learning Africa that supports governments and organizations across Africa to improve children's foundational skill learning using the evidence-based "Teaching at the Right Level" approach. The initiative began as a joint venture by Pratham and J-PAL in 2019 and operates teams across Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, and Zambia.
