Ascent Wellness Program (AWP) is a local Milwaukee organization dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally-appropriate wellness services including yoga and mindfulness, fitness and personal training, outdoor services, nutrition services, physical therapy, peer support, art therapy, and music therapy, with a particular focus on serving individuals in mental health recovery and people with disabilities.
