We are recruiting an experienced Safety & Security Team Leader to oversee operations for a high-profile, global professional services platform within a modern corporate environment. This role is responsible for the effective delivery of security operations and safety programmes, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative setting, you will lead the front-of-house security team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while consistently delivering a high standard of service and customer experience🛡️ As a  Safety & Security Team Leader,  you will manage team performance, including attendance and presentation, while ensuring all team members are fully trained, equipped, and confident in carrying out their duties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and ensure all activities are completed in line with site requirements. Working closely with management, colleagues, and external partners, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of security services.
