We are seeking an IT & Digital Enablement Lead (Africa Operations). The IT & Digital Enablement Lead (Africa Operations) is responsible for managing and supporting Procept Africa’s IT operations, enterprise systems, digital tools, and technology support services to ensure stable, secure, and efficient business operations. The role focuses primarily on operational IT management, user enablement, systems support, and technology coordination across Procept Africa’s business operations. The role will also support the adoption and effective use of digital tools that improve operational efficiency, collaboration, consulting delivery, and customer service.
