Community Partners in Action (CPA) is one of the oldest criminal justice reform organizations in the country, founded nearly 150 years ago. The organization provides reentry and housing services, youth initiatives, a nationally recognized Prison Arts Program, and alternatives to incarceration, serving over 4,000 individuals annually throughout Connecticut.
