Guelph Community Health Centre is a community-based health organization that works to promote and sustain health and wellbeing for all, with a focus on serving people who face barriers to health and accessing services including those experiencing homelessness, low income, language barriers, mental health and addiction issues, disabilities, and marginalized populations.
