TO QUALIFY: Must have at least 1+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (Direct Support Professional, Job Coach, Paraprofessional, Behavior Tech, etc.)  Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle is required for the Community Living Support Program. Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, attire and personal presentation when interacting with persons served and their families.
