PaintCare is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2009 by the American Coatings Association to implement state-mandated paint stewardship programs. The organization makes it easy for households, businesses, and institutions to recycle leftover paint by operating drop-off locations, arranging for recycling and proper disposal, and conducting public education.
