Joining us as a Fibre Quality Specialist  You will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of the CityFibre network. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving faults across the network, from the Fibre Exchange to the end-user premises. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Leveraging your hands-on experience with fibre, to manage and maintain network performance Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including signal loss and physical damage, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal service Utilising advanced diagnostic tools to assess and troubleshoot network issues efficiently Managing complex installations and repairs, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring tasks are completed promptly on the day of service Adapting to evolving operational needs and diverse working environments, including outdoor installations and network centres, with a readiness to travel when required What you’ll bring to the role You'll have a strong background working with fibre, including knowledge of network build, FTTx installation, fibre blowing and fibre splicing.
