Granite Risk Management is a leader in construction lending risk mitigation, providing nationwide services including contractor review, draw administration, inspections, and fund control to financial institutions and investors. Granite is looking for a National Business Development Manager to drive growth within Granite Risk Management’s construction lending and risk mitigation portfolio, with a specific focus on SBA (Small Business Administration) lending programs . This role will be responsible for prospecting and securing new client relationships while expanding and deepening partnerships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will bring an established network across SBA lenders, banks, mortgage companies, developers, and builders , and leverage those relationships to accelerate revenue growth and expand adoption of Granite’s full suite of construction risk management solutions. Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
